I’m passionate about living from presence—my IT (Inner Tugging, the divine God-knower within)—and guiding emerging leaders to do the same, so their Presence-Centered Path™ is rooted in truth, not pressure, and their leadership becomes an expression of alignment, not performance. When I say presence, I’m not just talking about being in the room. I’m talking about being in rhythm with your divine identity—fully aligned spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Presence is sacred to me. It’s how I walk with God, live from truth, and lead and speak from love. And that presence-centered path? For me, it starts at home. With my amazing wife, Lyneesha, and our sons—Jadon, Jadiah, and Josiah. They are my first assignment, my deepest alignment, and a daily reminder that presence begins where love is lived.

Presence is tuning out the noise and turning inward to God. Being presence-centered means living from that still, sacred space—co-operating with the Inner Tugging (IT) and co-creating from that place of divine alignment, moment by moment. Presence isn’t about religion. It’s not about race, culture, gender, or performance. Presence transcends all that. Before the book, the frameworks, or the coaching programs, there was a question burning in me: What if emerging leaders weren’t broken—just misread by systems that didn’t know how to nurture their genius? I saw too many creatives, visionaries, and rising voices being boxed in by outdated leadership norms. I wanted to create a platform where special guests and I could tag-team and serve as a stand that supports emerging leaders—with the microphone serving as both a symbol and tool to elevate their voice, and the conversations providing the inner work needed for them to thrive in their areas of influence.That’s how The Elevate IT Podcast was born.
